Do you work on commercial and large-scale projects?
Yes. We regularly undertake work across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, including large-scale and long-term projects as well as high-value contracts.
How much does scaffolding cost?
Scaffolding prices depend on factors such as project size, height, complexity, and hire duration. Costs are also affected by access conditions, scaffold system, and any bespoke design requirements.
To prepare an accurate quotation, we require key details including the site location, scope of work, and expected timeframe. Once assessed, we’ll provide a transparent and competitive quote with no hidden fees.

Do I need a permit?
In many situations, scaffolding cannot be installed immediately, particularly in the UK where strict regulations are in place to ensure public safety. It is our duty to ensure all systems are fully compliant and used in accordance with current legislation.
As an approved Liverpool scaffolding contractor, we are fully equipped to work with and liaise directly with local councils without issue.

Can Scaffolding affect WiFi or TV signals?
When work is carried out at your home or workplace, we understand the importance of keeping disruption to a minimum. Services such as television and WiFi play a key role in everyday comfort and productivity.
In some cases, signal quality may be affected if scaffolding blocks an aerial or if construction work requires a temporary disconnection. At Intelligent Scaffolding, we always aim to minimise any disruption wherever possible, and if interference is expected, we will notify you in advance.
